By accessing or using stackcontrolai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

No unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the platform without written authorization. No use of the service to build a competing product.

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service, including routing prompts to providers you select. You are responsible for the lawful basis of data you process through the platform.

The service integrates with model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, others) and external APIs. Their terms apply to interactions you route through them. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, or policy changes.

Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them.

Availability targets, if any, are defined in your order form. Beta features are provided as-is.

Either party may terminate for material breach with notice. We may suspend access for security, legal, or acceptable-use reasons. On termination, access ends and you may export data within the period stated in your plan.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Each party will defend the other against third-party claims arising from its breach of these terms, subject to prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
