Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly (account details, submissions, support requests) and information collected automatically when you use the platform (usage telemetry, device metadata, IP address, log data). For customers running workloads through our control plane, we process prompts, model responses, and routing metadata strictly to operate the service.

To deliver and improve the service, secure the platform, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and produce aggregated, de-identified analytics. We do not sell personal data.

We share data with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, observability, email delivery), with model providers when you explicitly route a request to them, and as required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and audit requirements. Workload logs follow your configured retention window.

Encryption in transit and at rest, RBAC, audit logging, SOC 2-aligned controls and least-privilege access. Report security issues to security@stackcontrolai.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. Email privacy@stackcontrolai.com to exercise these rights.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
